Rolf Nordhagen is professor at the University of Oslo, working with development and research in the Centre for Information Technology Services, USIT. He has been active in creating the UNINETT and NORDUNET projects, and is currently promoting the development of national and international information infrastructures, supporting networking in the Baltics, and a proponent of new, easy to use, network services.
